At Skylabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Skylabs account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return' button next to the item you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
